It's been a great start for us. We have been working so hard to get down our routine. I told the kids today that I am sorry they have to listen to me talk so much! But I know the time we spend learning procedures will pay off for the rest of the year.
A couple of items. The green Behavior Sheet goes home in the red folder every day. Please initial it so I know you saw it. I am updating them with a "key" that explains what the numbers mean and what the letter codes stand for. This week is a learning week, so everyone is on a "4" at the end of the day.
Snacks: we will do a snack at the end of the day. It must be something small and nutritious (no chips or gummy fruit snacks please). Granola bars, bananas, crackers, meat sticks all work well. Water bottles are fine as long as they have a sport-type nozzle on top.
If you post a comment on this blog post, your child will get a special treat on Friday!
